- For ALL poster presentations (i.e., scientific, faculty innovator, and senior design), displayed posters MUST be no larger than 42'' (tall) by 36'' (wide). We plan to have poster boards that accommodate four posters (two on the front and two on the back). Thus, staying within the stated dimensions will ensure proper spacing between adjacent posters and allow organizers space to label boards at the borders.
- During scientific track sessions on Day 1, each podium presentation MUST be no longer than 12 minutes (closer to 10 minutes is ideal). These time constraints will allow for one or two questions (2-3 minutes total for Q&A) before transitioning to the next speaker.
- During the Day 1 award session, faculty innovator spotlight talks MUST not exceed 20 minutes.
